I while back we took in the infamous Ronnie Biggs, he was head of a colony in Holland on Sea , well Frankie is one of his daughters and the kittens his grandchildren.Ronnie taught them well she has evaded capture for a year in which time she has had many littersColchester Caring for Our Cats were asked to help when a concerned lady realised that the owner of the property at the back of hers had left , leaving the cats .The colony grew to over 50 from just two cats that he had refused to neuter and now they were all abandoned.Itis thanks to Vicky and her family that they have survived ,feeding and looking out for all of them they reached out to @Colchester Caring For Our Cats for help , even though it was out of their area and already swamped with cats the team set about trapping the colony. It was a huge task but they have done it , all the cats received veterinary care, neutering, flea and worm treatment and best of all they have been rehomed . It is a fantastic result due only to their dedication .Looking at Ronnie now who has turned into the most loving chilled boy you could wish for , it was only right that we help his daughter. The kittens are around 9 weeks old and will need some socialising before being re homed .It won't be long before Frankie gives birth but at least this will be her last litter .She has never had a kitten hood where she could just play , have cuddles and be safe and warm. This is her time now no more living day to day having litter after litter , her life starts now reunited with her dad , safe and loved .
